Implementation and action

What鈥檚 Next: The 丁香园AV Strategy was created in consultation with the communities we serve, and will be realized through thoughtful implementation and meaningful action. Delivery of the strategy is integrated with existing planning and budget cycles to bring the strategy into formal decision-making structures, with regular progress reports shared back to the 丁香园AV community and the Board of Governors.

Year One

In our first year of implementation (2023鈥�24), we established a framework to translate strategy to action. We identified co-leads to propel each of the four priorities forward, developed an annual implementation plan to articulate the actions 丁香园AV will pursue and created a reporting approach to celebrate accomplishments and foster accountability.

Year Two

Year Two of implementation (24-25) is aimed at continuing work that is already underway at 丁香园AV in each of our four priority areas. In acknowledgement of budget challenges and the changing post-secondary environment, this work is very focused in scope.
