From IT Services | Notice: WiFi disruption on Burnaby campus
February 07, 2022
This message is being sent to all faculty and staff. No reply is required.
Good afternoon,
¶¡ÏãÔ°AV’s Burnaby campus is currently experiencing an intermittent WiFi service disruption, which is preventing some devices from maintaining a connection to the ¶¡ÏãÔ°AV WiFi network.
Impact:
- An emergency WiFi outage has been planned for 8:30 P.M. today, February 7, in order to address the issue.
- The outage will temporarily disable some WiFi access on the Burnaby campus for approximately one hour.
- Until this time, IT Services is working to improve WiFi access across campus, where possible.
- Updates will be shared on ¶¡ÏãÔ°AV.ca and Twitter @¶¡ÏãÔ°AV_IT.
If available, please use a wired connection using an ethernet cable for more reliable internet access.
Thank you for your patience as we work to resolve this issue.
