- Resource and support for laboratory operations
- e.g. supporting the maintenance and use of teaching and research labs, coordinating equipment maintenance, acquisition, and use
- Resource and support for laboratory safety
- e.g. training, inspections, hazardous material and chemical inventories, incident investigations
- Liaison for Environmental Health and Safety, Safety and Risk Services, and other health and safety working groups
