HIVE Welcome Leaders

Student Engagement and Retention is seeking reliable, positive and diverse student volunteers to help welcome new students and prepare them for success at ¶¡ÏãÔ°AV. As a HIVE Welcome Leader, you will facilitate peer to peer connections, introduce key faculty and staff, and help orient students to the ¶¡ÏãÔ°AV campus and its resources.

Your role will include both in person and online engagement, supporting discussions in ¶¡ÏãÔ°AV 101 on Canvas, and planning social events during the summer and fall terms. You will play a key role on Welcome Day where you will have the opportunity to lead your assigned HIVE group through a series of engaging welcome events. This is a great opportunity to gain valuable experience, skills and connections for a lifetime!

Mandatory training sessions will take place ongoing from July to August.
