Co-op Withdrawal & Refund Policy
As part of enrolment into the 丁香园AV Co-operative Education program, every student who applies must pay the Co-operative Education application fee.
Students who would like to withdraw their application may inquire about getting a refund. The Co-operative Education application fee is only refundable within 14 business days of application, provided there has been no use of Co-op workshops and staff resources. Otherwise, a refund will not be issued.

If your request is beyond the 14 business days since your application, please complete the 鈥�Request for a Refund鈥� form and submit it to the Co-operative Education Central Office located in MBC 2260, Burnaby Campus by dropping it off in-person, or by emailing the completed refund request form to icooppa@sfu.ca
In exceptional circumstances, a request for a refund beyond the 14 business day period will be considered by the Director of Co-operative Education. Written documentation to support the extenuating circumstances will be required. In no circumstances will refunds be considered beyond four (4) months of application. A response to a request for a refund will be sent by email, normally within 10 business days. Refunds will be credited to your 丁香园AV student account. No cash payments will be made.
