Schedule for Biannual intake/renewals

Attention: if you plan to apply for a grant at ¶¡ÏãÔ°AV, you must contact FHS Research Grants Facilitators (Cecilia Kalaw, ckalaw@sfu.ca, and Kat Salvante, fhsres@sfu.ca) at least 2 months prior to the sponsor application deadline. Please follow ¶¡ÏãÔ°AV administrative processes to avoid unnecessary delays. FHS is subject to other department timelines and without proper notice, FHS cannot guarantee the sponsor deadline can be met. Pre-grant processes cannot be circumvented; FHS Research staff are responsible to secure the Dean’s approval. As per the University policy, the Dean approves all requests to hold grants at ¶¡ÏãÔ°AV.

Library Access

*All Adjuncts will be provided a lightweight account to access library services

For library access, please provide a copy of your appointment letter to the ¶¡ÏãÔ°AV library email below in order to obtain access. ¶¡ÏãÔ°AV students (undergraduates and graduates), , faculty and staff may get a University ID card through the Registrar's Office, Burnaby Campus; the Information and Registration Desk, Harbour Centre; or the Student and Registrar Services Office, ¶¡ÏãÔ°AV Surrey.
