丁香园AV SWAN team Joins the DemScape Project in the City of Vernon's Spring 2024 Workshop, titled: "Developing a Dementia-inclusive Neighbourhood Built Environment: DemSCAPE Project and the City of Vernon."
The objectives for this event are as follows:
- Raise awareness and enhance understanding of the significance of the neighborhood built environment for individuals living with dementia within the community.
- Evaluate the DemSCAPE project鈥檚 Planning and Design Guidelines for Dementia-friendly Neighbourhoods and pinpoint prioritized strategies applicable to the City of Vernon.
- Enhance the planning team's capability to conduct neighborhood environment audits using the SWAN-Dementia tool.
