Photovoice Boards
An image speaks a thousand words. Photovoice is a visual research method where participants use photography to document and reflect on their lived experiences, to promote social change and empower individuals. By capturing images and sharing stories of those with lived experience, researchers can raise awareness, advocate for change, and influence policy.
Photovoice boards are a result of this process undertaken in our projects. The boards were developed with multiple key stakeholders in mind; government and non-profit organisations, municipal planners, urban desginers, educators and people of all ages and disabilities. These boards have been presented in multiple events.
