Postdoctoral position:

A postdoctoral position is available in my group to help to develop methods for the epitaxial growth of cubic phase gallium nitride (GaN) on silicon. The ideal candidate should have experience in advanced electron microscopy techniques, such as focussed ion beam sample preparation, transmission electron microscopy, and scanning electron microscopy.
