Requirements:
- High school graduation
- Competence in English Language and Quantitative & Analytical Skills
- Minimum 5 approved grade 12 courses for admission (including program-specific requirements)
¶¡ÏãÔ°AV will remove one grade 12 course from the evaluation if you present six or more approved courses as follows:
- If you present six or more approved List A courses, ¶¡ÏãÔ°AV will remove the lowest, non-required List A course
- If you present five or fewer List A courses, your lowest List B course will be removed.
All approved grade 11 and 12 courses will be used in the admission evaluation.
A greater emphasis is placed on List A courses in the evaluation as they are indicators of success for that particular program.

Download our Self-Reported Grades flow chart for directions on what to self report.
Courses where a grade of Transfer Standing (TS) has been received, should be reported as TS. Please do not report a grade of TS if you have not received one.
Challenge exams will appear on your transcript as the course you are challenging, with the grade you receive on the exam.
We require your final challenge grade to be on your official Ministry of Education transcript along with your interim grades, usually available in April.
When self-reporting your grades, please enter the course you will be challenging with a mark in an equivalent course so we can use it in the evaluation process. For example, if you are challenging French 12 and do not have a grade yet, please self-report French 12 with the grade you received in French 11.
If you are unable to fulfill an admission requirement due to extenuating circumstances, please complete the Student Course Exception Form
Students must still present a minimum of 5 approved grade 12 academic courses and meet the university English Language and Quantitative requirements.
