STUDENT RESIDENT PARKING
The majority of the Residence Lots are restricted, reserved for residents of ¶¡ÏãÔ°AV Residence & Housing at the Burnaby campus.
Lots are offered on a first-come, first-served basis. You will need to contact Parking & Sustainable Mobility Services at parking@sfu.ca to receive an access code in order to register for a parking permit. You will need to provide your name/¶¡ÏãÔ°AV ID, so your status as a Resident can be confirmed.
Permits are valid for a semester only - renewal emails are sent one month prior to the start of the next semester. Open sale for new permit holders begins two weeks prior to the start of the semester.
To avoid being ticketed and/or towed, please ensure that you:
- Have a valid parking permit
- Only park in the parking lot where your permit is valid
- Only park in a non-reserved stall (permits are not valid in the loading or service stalls)
- Have correctly registered your license plate
