College and University Retiree Associations of Canada
(CURAC/ARUCC) is a not-for-profit federation of retiree organizations at colleges and universities across Canada. The association’s objectives are to:
- coordinate activities that promote communication among member associations,
- share information,
- provide mutual assistance, and
- speak publicly on issues of concern to the over fifteen thousand individual college and university retirees across Canada.
The ¶¡ÏãÔ°AV Retirees Association is an active member of CURAC and ¶¡ÏãÔ°AVRA members (all ¶¡ÏãÔ°AV retirees) are eligible to access the services and discount
¶¡ÏãÔ°AVRA receives a small commission if you identify yourself as a ¶¡ÏãÔ°AVRA member in the process of purchasing these products. In 2024, that was approximately $500, which was used to support member events.

- If you were a faculty member, you can show them your department's web page that lists you as retired or emerita/us
- You can also email retirees@sfu.ca for a digital card with your name on it as a member of ¶¡ÏãÔ°AVRA.
